Who can join
All onboarded Riverflow users can join the referral programme.
How it works
Get your personal referral link or referral code in the Riverflow app.
Share it with people you know directly.
If they sign up using your referral code, they become your referral.
If they subscribe to a paid plan, you earn a reward based on what they spend.
What your referral gets
If someone signs up using your referral code on or before May 31, 2026, they get:
20% off their first purchase (first month of monthly, or first year of annual)
What you earn
You earn:
30% of your referral's first 12 months of subscription spend
up to a maximum of $800 per referred team
Rewards are based on cash actually collected, after discounts, refunds, credits, and failed payments.
When you get paid
Rewards are paid monthly
Payments are made 30 days in arrears
Your first payout is made once you reach the $100 minimum payout threshold
Payouts are sent through Stripe Express via our payout partner, Dub.co.
Important rules
To keep the programme fair, these rules apply:
Only refer people you know directly
No ad bidding or paid promotions
No self-referrals
Referrals must be new customers
Referrals cannot be connected to your company or a shared parent company
We may review larger payouts or suspicious activity before payment
How attribution works
Your referral must sign up using your personal referral code or referral link.
Once a referred team signs up with your code, your referral stays attached to you. If they later change plans, your rewards continue to track their eligible subscription spend during their first 12 months, subject to the $800 cap.

Why is my payout still pending?
Payouts may be pending because:
the 30-day hold period has not passed yet
you have not yet reached the $100 payout threshold
your payout details are incomplete
the referral is under manual review
What happens if my referral cancels or gets refunded?
Rewards are based on cash actually collected, so refunds, credits, failed payments, and cancellations can reduce the amount you earn.
