Navigate Riverflow

Use this guide as a map of the Riverflow user interface. The production sidebar is organised into Home, then four main groups: Create, Library, Brand, and Connect.

Written by Wing Chan

The Riverflow application is designed to be easy to use for humans and is available as a web app (mobile and web), a desktop app and as a PWA mobile app.

Riverflow's platform is also designed to be AI-native for AI chatbots like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and more. Use Riverflow MCP for connecting AI chatbots to Riverflow's platform, or use Riverflow API keys if you are developing your own integration.

Create

Use Create when you want to make new creative outputs, edit an asset, or apply a workflow to one or many assets.

  • Agent: plan and create ad work from a conversational brief, where Ads Agent is available.

  • Photoshoots: create product-led images from a scene or prompt. Photoshoots use scenes and other inputs as inspiration for new generated images.

  • Images: create prompt-led images when you do not want to start from a saved scene.

  • Editor: make one-off edits to images or videos. Use Editor when you want to change a specific existing asset.

  • Videos: generate video from text, images, first and last frames, or multiple references.

  • Audio: generate reusable voice audio assets from scripts.

  • Ads: create static ad creative using Instant Ads or generative ad workflows.

  • Batch: repeat the same workflow across many assets.

Library

Use Library when you want to organise outputs or manage reusable creative inputs.

  • Organize: organise approved or useful assets for review, sharing, or handoff.

  • Scenes: browse or create visual inspiration for environments, lighting, composition, surfaces, and settings.

  • Ad Templates: manage reusable ad layouts and templates.

  • Characters: save reusable people, models, mascots, or recurring characters.

  • Styles: create or save reusable visual direction such as a campaign look, colour grade, lens feel, or art direction.

Brand

Use Brand when you want to manage the source material and brand-specific setup for the selected brand.

  • Brand kit: update the brand description, audience, logos, colours, fonts, categories, and brand context.

  • Products: add or review the products Riverflow should preserve in generated creative.

  • References: save visual guidance for size, colour, pose, style, texture, layout, or other details.

Connect

Use Connect when you want to connect Riverflow to other tools, integrations, or API access.

  • MCP: connect Riverflow to supported AI tools if your workspace uses MCP.

  • API Key: create or manage API access for supported workflows.

  • Shopify: connect Shopify so Riverflow can ingest products from your store.

  • TikTok Shop: connect TikTok Shop so Riverflow can ingest and sync TikTok-linked products.
