There are two scenarios when you need to put full company details on your invoices:
1. Existing (Paid) Invoices
For invoices that have already been paid, the invoice details will need to be updated manually in Stripe by our team. So please provide the detailed information via Live Chat to our Client Service team.
2. Future Invoices
For upcoming invoices, you can update your billing information yourself by following the steps below.
Step 1: Go to your subscription page: https://www.riverflow.ai/app/subscription
Step 2: Click the Billing button in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Click See Invoices.
Step 4: Click “Update Information.”
Step 5: Enter your Country, Registered Address, and Tax ID in the appropriate fields.
Please make sure to enter your company name as the first line of your billing address. Otherwise, it may not appear correctly on your invoice.

Step 6: Click "Save"
Once you’ve updated your billing information, all future invoices will automatically include the company details you’ve entered.
