Q: Can I use Riverflow if I do not sell physical products?
Yes. Riverflow can still be useful for service businesses, agencies, creators, and brands that do not sell a traditional physical product.
You can use Riverflow in three main ways.
1. Generate images without products or scenes
In the Images section, you can generate visuals without adding a product or choosing a scene.
This is useful for:
campaign concepts
social media visuals
website imagery
moodboards
service-based marketing assets
brand or lifestyle imagery
2. Use anything as a product reference
In Riverflow, a "product" does not have to be a packaged physical item.
You can add anything you want Riverflow to understand and include in future generations, such as:
a person
a chair
a cup or mug
a tool
a vehicle
a uniform
a piece of packaging
a room or object
a client deliverable
an example output from your service
Adding these as products helps Riverflow use them as visual references when generating images.
3. Create scenes for your service context
You can also create custom scenes that match the services your clients provide.
For example:
a salon
a clinic
a kitchen
an office
a workshop
a hotel room
an event space
a retail display
a lifestyle environment
When creating scenes, upload reference images that show the setting, mood, lighting, or composition you want. This helps Riverflow generate images that are closer to your intended result.
Suggested workflow
Use:
Images for general creative exploration
Products for any object, person, item, or reference you want Riverflow to reuse
Scenes for the environment or service context you want to generate in
If you are not sure how to structure your setup, contact support and tell us what kind of service you provide. We can help you map the best Riverflow workflow.
Q: How can I delete images I don't need in my Images and Photoshoot pages?
A: If you’d like to hide images that are no longer useful, simply click the thumbs down (👎) icon on the image.
Once marked, Riverflow will automatically filter those images out of your Images and Photoshoots galleries, helping keep your workspace organised and focused on the content you want to keep.
How to do it
Hover over the image you want to remove.
Click the 👎 Give this a thumbs down button.
The image will be automatically hidden from your galleries.
Notes
This action does not permanently delete the image.
Thumbs-down images are filtered from view to reduce clutter and improve your browsing experience.
This will trigger a feedback loop, which can lead you to a demo call or live chat.
Tip
Use the 👍 Thumbs Up button on images you like and the 👎 Thumbs Down button on images you don’t. This helps Riverflow better understand your preferences and deliver more relevant results over time.
Q: Can I upload bulk scenes if I don't own a Shopify store? How can I do that?

Step One: Open the Live Chat (Support) in the left corner of your screen.
Click "Create a ticket - Bulk Import Scenes"
Follow the steps to enter the brands that you'd like to import to, the estimated number of scenes, and the store URL
