Riverflow uses credits for image, ad, video, and editing workflows. This guide explains the current Riverflow plans, how credits work, and what happens when you change or cancel your subscription.
Prices below are in USD and exclude VAT and local taxes.
Current plans
Riverflow has three paid self-serve plans and one custom Enterprise plan:
Starter: $39 per month. Includes 2,250 credits per month, which is up to 225 images, 90 static ads, or 55 videos per month.Growth: $99 per month. Includes 6,000 credits per month, which is up to 600 images, 240 static ads, or 150 videos per month.Scale: $249 per month. Includes 16,000 credits per month, which is up to 1,600 images, 640 static ads, or 400 videos per month.Enterprise: custom pricing for larger organisations with security, onboarding, and dedicated support needs.
Monthly and annual billing
Paid self-serve plans are available on monthly or annual billing.
Annual billing is charged upfront for the year. The saving depends on the plan:
Starter: $398 per year, equivalent to $33.17 per month. This saves $70 per year compared with paying $39 monthly for 12 months.Growth: $950 per year, equivalent to $79.17 per month. This saves $238 per year compared with paying $99 monthly for 12 months.Scale: $2,244 per year, equivalent to $187 per month. This saves $744 per year compared with paying $249 monthly for 12 months.
If you are already on a monthly plan and want to move to annual billing, manage your subscription from your Riverflow account or contact support.
How credits work
Credits are used when Riverflow creates or processes outputs. Different actions can use different amounts of credit depending on the workflow, model, settings, output count, and generation type.
Before you start a generation, edit, video, ad, or Batch job, review the credit estimate shown in Riverflow. For Batch, Riverflow shows the expected outputs, estimated usage, maximum usage, and your available credits before the job starts.
Bonus generations
Growth and Scale include bonus video generations and bonus static ad generations that do not use credits.
Growth: 10 included bonus video generations per month and 10 included bonus static ad generations per monthScale: 30 included bonus video generations per month and 30 included bonus static ad generations per month
Top-ups
Self-serve credit top-ups are available to Growth and Scale accounts.
If you are on Starter and run out of credits, you can wait for the next monthly reset or upgrade to a higher plan.
Failed generations
If a generation reaches a failed state, the credits for that failed generation should be returned automatically.
If credits were taken for a failed generation and not returned, contact support with the generation link or a screenshot. Our team can review what happened and restore credits where there has been a platform failure.
A poor or unexpected result is different from a failed generation. If the generation completed but the result was not what you wanted, use the feedback option on the image or contact support for guidance before spending more credits trying again.
Upgrades and downgrades
You can manage your subscription from your Riverflow account.
If you upgrade mid-month, your new credits should be added according to the plan change shown at checkout. If you need help changing billing cadence or plan details, contact support.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Recurring billing stops after cancellation.
After cancelling, you keep access to your current plan and features until the end of the current billing period.
At the end of the subscription period:
remaining credits reset to 0
generated assets remain available for 7 days after the subscription expires
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Riverflow subscription settings.
Payment methods
Riverflow accepts major credit and debit cards.
Custom scenes and styles
Custom scene and style training limits depend on your plan:
Starter: train up to 10 custom scenes and 10 custom styles.Growth: train up to 100 custom scenes or styles per brandScale: unlimited custom scene and style training
Deleting a scene removes it from your scene list, but does not free a custom training slot.
Artworking support
Expert artworking support is included on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans.
Growth: 5 assets per month includedScale: 20 assets per month includedEnterprise: custom support
