Now with SuperAgent you can take a brief from planning and preparation through to a full campaign across product images, ads and social. You can also create and edit videos, and carry the work across your entire product range, all in the same chat.
Open SuperAgent
Open SuperAgent and sign in to your Riverflow account.
Start a new conversation for a new task. If you’re refining existing work, continue in the same conversation so your instructions and feedback stay together.
Use projects to keep related work organised around a campaign, collection or brief. When starting a separate conversation, include the brief and references it needs rather than assuming it has instructions from another chat.
Describe what you need
Explain what you want to create or change, which product it’s for and where you’ll use it.
"I need a lifestyle photo of this drink for our product page. Show it on a table at a beach bar, with natural afternoon light. Keep the can design and label unchanged."
You don’t need every detail decided before starting. If you’re unsure about the direction, ask SuperAgent to help you work through an approach.
Add your products and references
Use the attachment picker beside the message box to add assets already in Riverflow, or choose Upload New to add a file from your device.
Explain what each reference is for. A product image shows what needs to stay accurate; a moodboard can show the lighting, colours or setting you want.
Use the product image for the packaging and label, and the moodboard for the lighting and colours. Use the moodboard for inspiration only, don't use any physical products that are present as examples.
Also, make sure you include any requirements that matter:
The dimensions or placement you need.
Exact wording, prices or offers.
Product details that must stay unchanged.
Anything you don’t want added or altered.
Use a skill
Skills provide instructions for a particular task or way of working, helping you follow a repeatable process.
Open Skills in the message composer and select the skill you want to use. Add the products, references and requirements for your task.
You can also start without choosing a skill: simply describe the job.
Choose how much thinking to use
The thinking control adjusts how much reasoning SuperAgent uses to work through your request. Use the available options to suit the task, from a straightforward image change to a more involved campaign brief.
This isn’t an image-quality setting. Clear direction, accurate references and reviewing the result still matter.
Send your request
Send your message and follow the conversation. If SuperAgent asks a question or presents a plan for approval, review it and clarify anything that needs changing before continuing.
For a larger set of assets, ask it to start with one example so you can review the direction before applying it to the rest.
Review and refine
Check the result against your brief and references. Request changes in the same conversation, explaining what to keep as well as what to adjust.
"Keep the lighting and background, but make the can smaller in the frame and leave more space above it for a headline."
If the packaging is wrong, identify the detail that needs correcting. If the style isn’t right, explain how it differs from your reference.
SuperAgent is in beta. Review product details, required copy and the overall result before using or publishing the work.
What can I try?
Create product photos
"Create a lifestyle photo of this product using the attached moodboard for the lighting and colours. Keep the packaging and label unchanged."
Create an ad
"Create an Instagram ad for this product using our attached brand references. Include the headline “Your daily routine, simplified” and leave space for a CTA."
Edit an image
"Replace the product in this image with the attached variant. Keep the background, lighting and composition unchanged."
Create a product video
"Turn this image into a short vertical product video with a slow camera move and subtle movement in the background. No added text or music."
Generating a new video is different from editing existing footage. If you need clips combined or an existing video revised or simply want videos made for you, speak to our Riverflow Studio team.
Save a workflow as a skill
Once you’ve refined a workflow you want to use again, ask SuperAgent to help turn it into a reusable skill. Include the steps, creative direction and checks that worked, and make clear which details will change each time, such as the product, references or format. Review the instructions before saving then reuse in all your chats.
